2. Inspection and cleaning of accessible evaporator coil surfaces
3. Drain line flush to help prevent clogs and water backup
4. Filter replacement service if customer-provided filter is available
5. Electrical inspection and tightening of accessible connections
6. Basic performance check of the system while operating

7. Thermostat performance check
